  • Appointments can be booked online via the booking link on the website. If you’re unsure which service is most appropriate, I’m happy to advise.

  • No referral is required. You’re welcome to get in touch directly whether you’re managing an injury, pain, or returning to activity.

  • At present, N=1 operates on a self-pay basis and does not accept referrals through medical insurance. This allows care to remain flexible, individualised, and guided by clinical need rather than insurance restrictions.

  • I aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 working days. If your enquiry is time-sensitive, please let me know.

  • Appointments take place at UNTIL clinics in London. Full location details will be confirmed when booking or in response to your enquiry.

  • Your initial appointment will focus on understanding your injury or concern in detail. This includes a thorough assessment, discussion of your goals, and a clear plan for rehabilitation and next steps.
